I have a commercial dive company with both full time employees and also we use contract labor employees. Now these contract employees not only works for my company, when need, but they also have the freedom to work for other companies when we dont have enough work for them. For them not having that freedom to work as contract labor for me when needed and someone else when needed will hurt company and the employee.
